The Graphic Novel Library is spearheaded Katie Pryde and Andréa Gilroy . Katie is the owner of Books With Pictures, an award-winning comic shop in Portland, OR. Andréa is the owner of Books With Pictures Eugene in Eugene, OR. Together, they host the BWP Podcast, a monthly discussion of the comics industry and new graphic novels.
Andréa and Katie are thrilled to combine their passion for the artform of graphic narrative, knowledge of the comic industry, and experience in higher education to serve librarians, educators, and their communities.
